I Left my Soul in San Francisco

Have you ever felt like you just belonged somewhere? That was me with San Francisco.

Norcal just has this raw vibe that makes individuals feel like they can do and be anything they please. People go there just to live their life, nothing fancy. It’s like they see the beauty in just being.

Muir Beach

This was one of my favorite stops. It was pretty far secluded from the world which kinda freaks me out, but it was peaceful.

It was super refreshing leaving the OC bubble, even if it was only for a weekend. It is really easy to feel like you’re suffocating here, specifically when you have lived here your whole life. OC is beautiful it really is, but it’s so important to get out of it at least for a little while if you can.

To be honest, I just want to go back. It was freeing, the air was different, everything was better. I’m a happy person in general, but I was so much happier there. I was also with some dope people. That definitely helped.

Travel with good people…

I was with people who were down for anything, fun, caring, and real. We were on the same wavelength the entire trip which is pretty uncommon if you ask me. They also loved coffee just as much as me which is hard to find in a person.

This weekend was a 10/10 here are some of the things we did. A travel guid to SF if you will.

  1. Muir beach was freakin amazing. It was a nice little hike, not too hard at all.

  2. Vintage shopping on Ashbury and Haight street. This is where the hippie movement originated. It was super trippy with lots of cool murals and shops.

  3. Ritual coffee (pictured above). I’m not going to lie, there are definitely cuter places in SF but it had good coffee for sure

  4. 535 Sutter street. Go to that address and look around for a super tall parking garage. Go up to the top level. The view is breath taking.

  5. Stable cafe had good eats and coffee! They also had oat milk which was a plus.

  6. Deloris Park is a must see. People were just kicking it and drinking beers and having a nice Sunday morning. Really cute spot.

  7. Veganburger was a good fast food vegan spot!

Obviously theres so much more to do in SF, but those were some of my favorite places we visited.
